The Lehigh Valley Firearms Coalition (LVFC) is a group of organizations and individuals who share these common purposes:

1.    LVFC is committed to support the right of the people to keep and bear arms as affirmed by the Second Amendment of the Bill of Rights of the Constitution of the United States of America.

2.    LVFC is committed to oppose any effort by governments - local, State, or Federal - to infringe the right of the people to keep and bear arms.

3.    LVFC is committed to oppose any government programs - local, State, or Federal - whose purpose is to maintain any gun registration scheme.  Such government programs have historically always preceded restrictions and confiscation and are thus not acceptable.

4.    LVFC is committed to oppose any government effort to ban any type of individual firearm from private ownership.  Such bans would infringe the right to keep and bear arms.  The term “arms” in the Constitution means arms carried by an individual soldier, thus a ban of any such arms is in violation of the Constitution.

5.    LVFC is committed to oppose any government efforts to force the use of mandatory devices which restrict the ability of the firearm user to arm and fire his gun.  Such devices provide little if any protection against unintentional injury, but pose a serious danger to the firearm user who needs to quickly arm and fire his gun in a defensive emergency - when split seconds can mean life or death.

6.    LVFC is committed to promote the ability of all law-abiding citizens to carry concealed firearms without any restrictions.  There is no good reason to restrict the right to carry a firearm, on the contrary, when a law-abiding citizen is denied that right, he is rendered defenseless against criminals.

7.    LVFC is committed to promote the private ownership of firearms as the best security against criminals, and as a necessity for the security of a free State, as expressed in the Constitution.

8.    LVFC is committed to promote and support public education about the proper and safe use of firearms for personal, business, and home defense.

9.    LVFC is committed to spend all contributions for advertising and public education.  Our books are open for inspection at any time.

LVFC is a registered Pennsylvania non-profit Corporation dedicated to protecting and preserving the Right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms. Not affiliated with any political party nor any other group.
